Use Instagram to Gain Leads And Build Your Email List Daily

We all have heard of it and most probably have an Instagram account already but are you using it to get you leads daily? Instagram has over 300 million active users and shares 70 million photos a day!! Do you think you may be able to get a few leads from those numbers? 85% of top brands are now using Instagram to get their message across to their viewers! Instagram per-follower engagement for top brands is 58 times higher than Facebook and 120 times higher than Twitter!

So, you have read the numbers now how do you capitalize on Instagram for your business? Well, Instagram is composed of either picture or video media. Images are pretty specific to size versus other social media platforms and requires a 1080x1080px image. Since, Instagram is the most specific on their images I use this as my standard size for all my images as it will fit any other platform without any cropping.

Instagram video is short 15 second videos that allows you to get a short, quick, powerful message to your followers. By 2017 two-thirds of worlds mobile data traffic will be video! So, with these short videos give your followers a call to cation and tell them what to do! These are great for announcing your new blog post for the day, a new special kicking off, maybe a contest. Your video can literally be anything you want wrapped up in 15 seconds or less. Below is an example Instagram video directing them to my blog.

Now that I have given you a quick overview of Instagram and how to maximize it for your business here are a few tools I use daily to help my free up some of my time so that I can be more focused on contacting my leads.

Hootsuite is a great tool to help you schedule your Instagram posts along with other social media platforms as well. I use Hootsuite daily for a lot of my pre-planned posts for social media but, always keep the human factor in your campaigns as well. No one wants to see only auto-posts all day long! Instagram does not give out their API, so you will get a notification on your phone to manually publish your Instagram feed, but it’s a simple click or two.

Instagress is another great tool to help you like other posts, comment, and get followers as well. Instagress is designed to help you attract more followers and attention to your Instagram account. This isn’t “buying” you followers that are typically fake accounts and in the end hurt your account standings more than they help. Instagress is getting you real followers, real likes, and real comments from people who are interested in you!

GetResponse email autoresponder is the catalyst to your own personal ATM! Your email list is literally the only thing you own outside of your content in networking. Building your email list will either make you or could break you. So, using an email autoresponder like GetResponse is key to connecting and monetizing your list. With GetResponse (or any other) you are able to send follow-up emails, send out group emails, and schedule any other emails your may want. Hopefully this opened your eyes to Instagram if you were not already using it to gain leads and build your email list. Instagram is a very powerful platform for building your brand and gaining followers!
